A project in which I came up with the architecture and design myself. This is a one-story house of small size with an area of a little more than 1000 square feet (100 sq. m.) In which there is an easy space for living, recreation and work. High ceilings and a beautiful view of nature from the large windows. A huge plus of a one-story house is comfort. There are no stairs, height differences, everything is in the same plane. If the house is located in a picturesque and safe place, then a single-storey house is the best solution! I tried to make these renders very clean and realistic. Little desaturation and brightness filters made a picture more calm and common to the eye. Also I tried to make sky and sun position as like it looks before rain starts when in becomes a little darker but the sun is still shining on the house making it more expressive! Also added some imperfections on the grass, to bring it close to the life. The project includes both the exterior part and the interiors of the main spaces of the house. In the second part of the project, a 3D application will be made in which you can "walk" around this house from your laptop. Stay in touch, there will be new renderers soon.
